Overview of ZA petrochemical process pump
Chemical process pump is used Zui widely in petrochemical enterprises. It forms a complete liquid conveying unit with motor and pipeline system. Raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in petrochemical production are mostly liquids. When making raw materials into products, it needs to go through complex process, and the pump plays the role of providing pressure and flow. If the pipeline is compared to the blood vessels of the human body, the pump is like the heart of the human body. It can be seen that if the pump can not work normally, the whole chemical process will be unsustainable.
This series of chemical process pumps are single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. Generally, the sealing form is mechanical seal. According to the user's requirements, single end face or double end face balanced cartridge mechanical seal can be adopted, but the sealing form of packing can also be adopted according to the user's requirements. If the temperature of the conveying medium is high, a set of external cooling water cooling device, flushing or sealing fluid system can be added to the mechanical seal, and the sealing pipeline system shall be designed according to API specifications.
Product features of ZA chemical process pump
The chemical process pump does not need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes like other pumps when overhauling the pump. After dismantling the pump cover of the chemical process pump, the suspension and rotor can be taken out from the pump body, so it is very convenient to work when overhauling the chemical process pump. A sealing ring is installed on the rear cover plate of the impeller, so the axial force can be balanced, and the other unbalanced forces are borne by the thrust bearing. The bearing is an oil lubricated ball bearing. The oil ring provides oil and can automatically control the oil level. When the working temperature is lower than 250 ºC, the suspension does not need to be cooled. When the working temperature is higher than 250 ºC ~ 450 ºC, another water cooling device needs to be added for cooling.

This series of chemical process pumps are mainly suitable for conveying clean or low-temperature or high-temperature liquids containing a small amount of particles; It is suitable for transporting neutral or corrosive liquids, including alkaline solutions such as sodium carbonate at various temperatures and concentrations, various salt solutions, various acid solutions and salt solutions, various liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds and other corrosive raw materials and products. For order valve >4000USD, we can accept 30 % T/T in advance , 70 % should be paid before shipment.

Q : How long is the deliver time ?A : For the order in stock ,we will deliver goods at once against payment.For the orders out of stock , the products time is 7 days for bare pump, 25 days for electric pump set or diesel engine pump set , the deliver time is base on the shipping date and your order by sea.
